Your Iberia Plus Infinita Card

With your Iberia Plus Infinita card, you'll be able to enjoy all the benefits of the Iberia Plus Platino card, for ever, as well as other exclusive advantages just for you.

The Avios you earn will never expire so long as you are an Infinita customer.

You have the Iberia Plus Infinita Service Centre permanently at your disposal, which will provide customised assistance in all matters related to your Iberia trips and your Iberia Plus Infinita Card.

Iberia Plus gives you 8 Avios for every euro you spend on your trips (the net amount, excluding taxes and fees).

This applies to all flights that qualify for accumulating Elite Points in the Iberia Group, British Airways, Finnair* and American Airlines. It also applies to certain Vueling flights.

*The bonus on Finnair flights is 20% extra Avios.

Whenever you earn 12,500 Elite Points in an Iberia Plus year (from 1 April to 31 March of the following year), you can give an Iberia Plus Oro Card to whoever you want.

This Oro card will be valid for a year and the designated holder cannot change until the card has expired, at which time the beneficiary will pass to the card level corresponding to them in terms of their Elite Points or accumulated flights. The maximum number of Oro cards to be assigned per customer and Iberia Plus year is one.

You will be eligible for 2 free upgrades to Business class per year, subject to availability, from Flexible Tourist and Premium Economy Rates  (classes Y, B, H, W) on flights operated by the Iberia Group; these can be requested from the moment you make the reservation for your initial ticket and up to 24 hours before flight departure.

When you reserve your tickets in Grupo Iberia airlines (Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional\Air Nostrum) or in the oneworld alliance or at check-in.

Whenever you book a full-fare flight and identify yourself as an Iberia Plus Infinita customer, we will carry out all the steps involved on flights that are full to guarantee you a seat in Full Economy class up to 24 hours before the flight. If for some reason this booking could not be made, you will be offered a priority place on the Business waiting list or the alternative that best meets your requirements.

* Valid for flights with the IB code and operated by Grupo Iberia with an elegible rate to obtain Avios and Elite Points.

With the Iberia Plus Programme you'll always travel with full amenities in flights operated by Grupo Iberia or oneworld. List your preferences and we'll be happy to give your the best seat for you whenever possible.

We offer you the possibility of buying a seat in Business or Economy on Iberia flights (classes I/V) and Iberia Regional Air Nostrum (class I/S) if the number of seats that can be charged to Avios has been filled. You will have to pay double the number of Avios that this leg in the chosen class would cost you.

With your Iberia Plus Infinita card you are eligible for automatic credit of up to 22,500 Avios so you can enjoy any service in the Programme whenever you want and without having to worry about the balance of your personal account.

The maximum negative balance you can have in your personal account is -22,500 Avios.

You will be exempt from surcharges for credit card payment for all the tickets you purchase in Iberia.com and the Service Centre. And you will not pay for processing costs for the issue, changes and refunds in commercial tickets and tickets charged to Avios in your Service Centre.

When you fly with Iberia Group (Iberia, Iberia Regional Air Nostrum and Iberia Express), we offer you a free parking service at Madrid and Barcelona airports.

Your Iberia Plus Infinita Card lets you enjoy a special and exclusive limousine service for transfers between the airport and the cities of Barcelona, Madrid, Santiago de Chile, Buenos Aires, Mexico City and Sao Paulo, so long as you travel with a full Business Class fare on intercontinental flights operated by Iberia* (including trips with the flight charged to Avios).

In Spain, this service can be requested from your Infinita Service Centre (tickets for obtaining and using points).

Outside of Spain, for tickets using Avios, call your Iberia Plus Service Centre and, for full fare tickets, see your Iberia Office or travel agent.

Requests for this service should be made at least 72 hours before flight departure or arrival. (Service subject to availability).

Your Iberia Plus Infinita card allows you to check your baggage at any of the exclusively Business counters, regardless of the class you have booked.

Valid for flights operated and marketed by a oneworld member airline. (marketed means the flight number of the oneworld member airline should appear on the ticket).

Iberia Infinita customers (oneworld Emerald) benefit from extra baggage allowance when they travel on flights operated by any of the companies in the oneworld* Alliance. Our Infinita customers can check one additional piece of baggage for free, regardless of the class flown. On flights operated by the Iberia Group, you can also benefit from extra weight of up to 32 kg per suitcase.

*The oneworld airlines reserve the right to restrict any benefits they deem appropriate in any of their fares.

As an Iberia Plus Infinita member, all sports equipment and musical instruments are included in your baggage allowance for all flights operated by the Iberia Group (Iberia, Iberia Regional Air Nostum and Iberia Express) at no additional cost, provided that you do not exceed the allowance.

Check your baggage allowance

As an Iberia Plus Platino cardholder, you and your companion are offered with exclusive service (in applicable airports); all you have to do is travel on flights operated by Grupo Iberia (Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional/Air Nostrum) and/or commercialised by Iberia.

This includes flights operated and commercialised by Vueling or oneworld flights in the Fast Track service from Madrid or Barcelona*. To make this possible, your companion must travel on your same flight. In addition, if your flight is operated by Grupo Iberia, you can include a guest and travel companions under the age of 18. This service is subject to the pertinent airport's operational restrictions.

As an Emerald customer, your access to Fast Track is extended to certain airports and terminals when you travel on oneworld airlines.

*A flight is considered a oneworld flight when the marketing airline and the operating airline are members of the alliance, including Grupo Iberia (Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional/Air Nostrum).

Your Iberia Plus Infinita card allows you access to any VIP Lounge offered by Iberia anywhere in the world if your flight is operated by the Iberia Group and/or marketed by Iberia. Your guest will be able to access if their flight meets the same conditions and/or they have a boarding card from a oneworld* company for that day.

When your flight is operated by the Iberia Group (Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional/Air Nostrum), you will be able to access with your children, as long as they are travelling with you.**

In all those flights comercialised by Iberia and operated by other companies you still preserve the right of acceding with one guest.

Besides, you and your guest will be able to use the Iberia VIP lounges when you travel on flights operated and sold by Vueling (at the airports of Madrid, Barcelona, Frankfurt and Paris-Orly, and the lounges managed by AENA at the following airports in Spain: A Coruña, Alicante, Bilbao, Ibiza, Lanzarote, Las Palmas, Málaga, Palma de Mallorca, Seville, Tenerife and Valencia). In this case, your companion must fly on the same flight as you.

Also, when you travel on a flight of any oneworld member airline, you and your companion will have nearly 650 VIP Lounges (First and Business Class) available to you around the world.

As an Iberia Plus Infinita Prime customer, you have access to the American Airlines and British Airways arrival VIP Lounges at London Heathrow flying with British Airways and American Airlines on flights from the US, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

*A flight is considered oneworld when the operating and marketing company are members of the alliance (excluding Grupo Iberia).

An exclusive service that will make queueing a thing of the past and just adds to your card's other advantages. Valid for all flights operated by the Iberia Group.

Now, as an Iberia Plus Infinita customer, if the duration of your flight is over 4 hours, you will be able to enjoy exclusive use of an area at your arrival at the Madrid-Barajas airport in Terminal 4.

Valid for flights operated and/or marketed by the Iberia Group, Vueling and oneworld.

Your Iberia Plus Infinita card allows you to access the Preferential Care Points, doing away with waits and making all your procedures easier: ticket purchases, connecting flights and baggage information.

These counters are located in the Iberia Sales Offices in cities and airports in Spain and abroad, as well as in the arrivals lounges of Madrid and Barcelona airports.

As a beneficiary of the Iberia Plus Programme you get Avios according to your card level each time you fly with the oneworld* alliance. And being an Iberia Plus Infinita cardholder entitles you to the advantages of oneworld emerald:
