How can I gain entry to the VIP lounge?
You must show the staff your boarding pass. You may be asked to show an identity card or passport.
If you are a frequent flyer with the right to this service, you may be asked for the loyalty programme card.
Children under 12 may enter the VIP lounges if accompanied by an adult.
In the United States, minors under 21 must be accompanied by people 21 or older.
Who can use them?
